Depending on the amount of resin used and the ambient temperature, the operating time of the resin system is about 0.5 hours to 6 hours. It should be noted that the resin system will generate heat during the curing process, which will increase the reaction temperature. In general, the more resin system used, the more aggregated or the higher the ambient temperature, the more significant the heat release will be. Therefore, please try to complete the infusion before the temperature of the resin system reaches 40°C.
The initial curing of the resin system can be completed at room temperature, but in order to achieve better performance, it needs to be post-cured at a temperature of 70-80°C. In addition, high temperatures can shorten curing times accordingly, as can thicker parts of the part.
