Materials, Resins and Finishes
Composite tube construction is available in a variety of design options.
Typical reinforcement materials such as glass and carbon fibers can be further reinforced with felts and fabrics.
We use glass fibers and polyurethane resins, including epoxy resins. Epoxies can withstand temperatures up to 100 degrees Celsius and special resins are available on request.
We supply tubes with unpolished, polished or painted surfaces.
Coating & painting
Surface treatment optimizes composite tubes for superior performance. Customized for material type and application needs, it ensures enhanced durability, adhesion, and environmental resistance.
