Nanjing Jufa New Materials Co., Ltd. was established in March 2018 and is located in Shenzhou Road 37, Luokuo Street, Luokuo Innovation Industrial Park, Jiangning District, Nanjing City.

It is a participating enterprise in the high-tech talent introduction project of Nanjing City and a shareholder of the A-share listed company Kangda New Materials (Group) Co., Ltd.

Laminated resin 
It has excellent mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and aging resistance, and is applied in fields such as photovoltaic frame/support, cable trays, window and door profiles, and industrial profiles. It can be customized to meet different process conditions and performance requirements. 
Polyurethane photovoltaic frame resin: Urepul 2114FR, certified by TUV, meets PCT 96h and V1 flame retardant requirements, with extrusion speed > 1.6m, good straightness and high yield. 
Polyurethane pultrusion resin Urepul 2116FR has excellent fiber impregnation, a long gel time, a heat resistance (TG) greater than 120, and a flame retardancy reaching V0 level, EN45545 HL2 standard. It is mainly used in rail transportation, automotive profiles, carbon fiber pultrusion profiles, etc. 
Aliphatic polyurethane pultrusion resins: Urepul 2221P and Urepul 2228FR, possess excellent UV resistance, long gel time, and the finished products are not prone to yellowing. They can be selected with various colors and do not require painting. Among them, 2228FR can reach V1 level flame retardancy and are mainly used for offshore platforms, walkways, photovoltaic frames, supports, etc. 
 

Wrapped resin 
It has high strength, high wear resistance and excellent bonding performance, and is suitable for winding products such as high-pressure pipelines and storage tanks in industries like rail transportation, military, and chemical engineering. 
Fragrant resin for winding: Urewin 2301/Urewin 2307, specially designed for internal curing winding process. Long gel time, low moisture sensitivity, and less prone to bubble formation. It cures quickly after heating, suitable for applications such as electric poles, tower shells, etc. 
Aliphatic winding resin: Urewin 2305FR, with extremely excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance, long gel time, good glass fiber wetting property, and low water sensitivity. Suitable for applications such as the outer protective layer of electric poles and towers. 


RTM/Vacuum Impregnated Resin 
RTM resin: Urethan 2135, with low viscosity, long operational time, rapid curing after heating, high production efficiency, excellent mechanical properties, impact resistance, fatigue resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. It is mainly used in the manufacturing of large-scale fiberglass products such as automobiles, transportation fields, fan blades, fiberglass yachts, fishing boats, etc. 
Urethan 2137FR and Urethan 2541FR both can reach the V0 flame retardant level. Urethan 2541FR is specially developed for the HP-RTM process, with low viscosity, fast curing, and high production efficiency. It has excellent mechanical properties, excellent impact resistance, fatigue resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance; it also has excellent flame retardant properties, with extremely low smoke density, smoke toxicity, flame propagation speed, and heat release rate, making it suitable for flame retardant applications in the automotive and rail transportation fields, etc. 
Vacuum infusion resin: Suitable for high-precision and high-strength large-scale composite material products, such as wind turbine blades and ship components. It features low viscosity, rapid curing, excellent permeability and outstanding mechanical properties. 
 

Polyurethane prepreg resin and prepreg fabric 
Polyurethane prepreg resin: Both Urepreg 2535 and Urepreg 2537FR are single-component flame-retardant polyurethane prepreg resins. The latter achieves V0-level flame retardancy and can be stored at room temperature for a long time, with high production efficiency. They are mainly used in bicycle components, helmets, new energy battery boxes, unmanned aerial vehicle parts, etc. 
Urepreg 2536 is a two-component polyurethane prepreg resin. It has the advantages of low viscosity, good glass fiber wetting property, long operational time, insensitivity to moisture, and fast curing at high temperatures. It also has excellent impact performance. It is mainly used in fields with high fatigue requirements such as bows, chair backs, etc.
