Tianhao glass fiber phase I 120,000 tons production line plans to invest 1.7 billion yuan, has completed the investment of 1.2 billion yuan, the core components of crucible, pool kiln, etc. have been completed, drawing equipment has been in place, waiting for commissioning, is expected in late November 2023 ignition and production, one month ahead of the planned time completed. The construction of two 120,000 tons of production lines in the second phase of the project began on October 11, with a planned investment of 2.4 billion yuan, and is expected to be completed and put into operation in August 2024.

In addition, at present, Tianhao has started two downstream composite projects with an annual output of 40,000 tons of continuous winding FRP pipe and 12 million meters of glass fiber reinforced polyurethane composite photovoltaic frame, and the first FRP continuous winding pipe production line has been installed. Logistics pallets, fiberglass fabrics, auto parts and other projects are being designed technical solutions. On the basis of filling the blank of high-performance glass fiber industry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Helin County will further supplement the chain, strong chain and extended chain, promote the development of glass fiber and composite materials industry integration cluster, and strive to build a ten-billion-level glass fiber and composite materials industry chain.

Hohhot Tianhao New Materials Co., LTD. (affiliated company of Inner Mongolia Tianhao Glass Fiber Co., LTD.) was established on August 4, 2023. The company's glass fiber composite products production line construction project, in line with industrial policies and market access standards, was filed in September.

Construction scale and contents: The project will transform the original plant, build the main plant, raw material storage, finished product storage, compressed air station, spare parts storage, waste treatment workshop and supporting construction of laboratory office buildings, dormitories, etc., and build 4 continuous winding FRP sand pipe production lines and 80 photovoltaic composite new material assembly production lines.

On August 18, 2023, Hohhot Tianhao held the signing ceremony of the project with an annual output of 40,000 tons of continuous winding FRP pipe and an annual output of 12 million meters of glass fiber reinforced polyurethane composite photovoltaic frame.

According to reports, the annual output of 40,000 tons of continuous winding FRP pipeline project includes continuous pipe winding machine, offline repair machine, pipeline transport car, resin mixing and quantitative transportation system, quartz sand storage and transportation system, as well as supporting laboratory equipment, environmental protection equipment. At the same time, an annual output of 12 million meters of glass fiber reinforced polyurethane composite photovoltaic border production line will be built. The above two projects can pay taxes of about 80 million yuan after reaching the completion of the project, and increase the employment of 210 people.
