Nanjing Jufa New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jufa New Materials") will make a grand appearance at the 2025 China International Composites Exhibition from September 16 to 18, showcasing a range of innovative high-performance composite products and technological solutions. The exhibition booth is located at R25, Hall 7.1, Hongqiao National Convention Center. With the theme of "Sustainable Development, Smart Manufacturing," this participation will focus on breakthroughs and applications of lightweight, high-strength, low-carbon, and environmentally friendly composite technologies.
Key products to be highlighted by Jufa New Materials include:
Polyurethane Photovoltaic Frame Resin 2114FR: TUV certified, meets PCT 96h and V1 flame retardancy requirements, with a pultrusion speed of >1.6m, excellent straightness, and high yield rate.
Polyurethane Resin 2116FR: Features good fiber wettability, long gel time, heat resistance (Tg >120°C), and flame retardancy up to V0 and EN45545 HL2 standards. Primarily used in rail transit, automotive profiles, and carbon fiber pultruded profiles.
Aliphatic Polyurethane Resins 2221P and 2228FR: Offer excellent UV resistance, long gel time, and resistance to yellowing. Color options are available without the need for paint spraying. The 2228FR variant achieves V1 flame retardancy and is mainly used in offshore platforms, walkways, photovoltaic frames, and brackets.
Filament Winding Resins 2301/2307: Specifically designed for internal curing filament winding processes. They feature a long gel time, low moisture sensitivity (minimizing bubble formation), and rapid curing upon heating. Suitable for applications such as electric poles, tower membrane shells, etc.
RTM Resins:
Urethan 2135: Low viscosity, long operational time, rapid curing upon heating, high production efficiency, and excellent mechanical properties including impact resistance, fatigue resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. Primarily used in automotive and transportation sectors, wind turbine blades, FRP yachts, fishing boats, and other large FRP products.
Urethan 2137FR and Urethan 2541FR: Both achieve V0 flame retardancy. Urethan 2541FR is specifically developed for HP-RTM processes, featuring low viscosity, fast curing, and high production efficiency. It offers excellent mechanical properties, including impact resistance, fatigue resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance, as well as outstanding flame retardancy with very low smoke density, smoke toxicity, flame spread rate, and heat release rate. Suitable for flame-retardant applications in automotive and rail transit sectors.
Prepreg Resins:
Urepreg 2535 and Urepreg 2537FR: Both are single-component flame-retardant polyurethane prepreg resins, with the latter achieving V0 flame retardancy. They can be stored for extended periods at room temperature and offer high production efficiency. Mainly used in bicycle components, helmets, new energy battery boxes, drone parts, etc.
Urepreg 2536: A two-component polyurethane prepreg resin with low viscosity, excellent glass fiber wettability, long operational time, low moisture sensitivity, and rapid high-temperature curing. It boasts outstanding impact resistance and is primarily used in applications requiring high fatigue resistance, such as bows and chair backs.
